Pursuant to a petition effort and call for election on July 3, 2020, by Tim Carter, the County School Superintendent of Yavapai County, Arizona, a special election was ordered to be held on November 3, 2020, in and for the Districts of Mingus Union High School and Cottonwood Oak-Creek Elementary.
The County School Superintendent of Yavapai County shall prepare and mail an informational pamphlet, including a consolidation plan, to the voters in and for the Districts of Mingus Union High School (which includes the two feeder districts of Cottonwood Oak-Creek Elementary School District #6 and Clarkdale-Jerome Elementary School District #3) and Cottonwood Oak-Creek Elementary.
